Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Basic + Commission + Fuel Allowance

R-Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is one of Sri Lanka’s emerging IT and Smart Technology solution providers. We specialize in software development, POS systems, CCTV installations, networking, and smart tech solutions. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to help us grow our client base.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who has excellent communication skills and a strong interest in IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT & tech sector
• Promote and sell IT products & services (Software, CCTV, POS, Networking, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly targets
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the technical team to meet customer requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Male/Female, age 25–35
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (IT sector preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of IT industry (experience is an advantage)
• Valid driving license & own bike (mandatory)
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality
